At Svins Finds, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase, here’s how to request a return or refund.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return items within 07 days of delivery (e.g., 7/14/30 days) if:
✅ The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging (with tags/labels intact).
✅ The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (we’ll cover return shipping).
❌ Non-returnable items: Perishables, personalized/custom-made products, or sale/clearance items (unless faulty).
2. Return Process

- Order number
- Photos/video of the issue (for damaged/wrong items)
- Approval & Instructions
- We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with a return authorization (if eligible).
- Ship the Item
- For faulty/incorrect items: We’ll arrange a pickup or provide a return address.
- For change-of-mind returns: Customer covers return shipping.
3. Refund Methods
Once we receive and inspect the item:
- Refund: Processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Store Credit: Optional (if preferred).
- Replacement: Sent for defective/wrong items (subject to availability).
Note: Refunds exclude original shipping fees (unless the return is our fault).
4. Conditions for Denied Returns
We may reject returns if:
- The item shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts.
- The return request is made after the 07-day window.
- No proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is provided.
