Returns & Refunds Policy

At Svins Finds, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase, here’s how to request a return or refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items within 07 days of delivery (e.g., 7/14/30 days) if:
The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging (with tags/labels intact).
The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (we’ll cover return shipping).
Non-returnable items: Perishables, personalized/custom-made products, or sale/clearance items (unless faulty).

2. Return Process

  1. Contact Us

      • Order number
      • Photos/video of the issue (for damaged/wrong items)
  2. Approval & Instructions
    • We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with a return authorization (if eligible).
  3. Ship the Item
    • For faulty/incorrect items: We’ll arrange a pickup or provide a return address.
    • For change-of-mind returns: Customer covers return shipping.

3. Refund Methods

Once we receive and inspect the item:

  • Refund: Processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Store Credit: Optional (if preferred).
  • Replacement: Sent for defective/wrong items (subject to availability).

Note: Refunds exclude original shipping fees (unless the return is our fault).

4. Conditions for Denied Returns

We may reject returns if:

  • The item shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts.
  • The return request is made after the 07-day window.
  • No proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is provided.

5. Warranty Claims

  • For manufacturer warranties, contact us for assistance with claims.
