    • Unavailability of items
  • Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without notice.

3. Payments

  • Accepted payment methods:
    • Cash on Delivery (COD)
    • Credit/Debit Cards
    • Bank Transfer
    • Mobile Wallets (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, etc.)
  • For COD orders, full payment must be made upon delivery.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Risk of loss/damage transfers to you upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns must meet our Returns Policy criteria.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after return approval.
  • We are not liable for:
    • Products damaged due to misuse
    • Changes of mind for customized items

  • All website content (logos, text, images) is our property and protected under Pakistani copyright laws.
